Before purchasing your ticket online, please review the below information to make the most of your visit.

Children under 6 are free when they ride with an adult.
Dogs are allowed on the SkyTram, and they will require a dog ticket. Please note that dogs are not permitted at Star Sessions due to the indoor and dining components of the event.
Please ensure your guest account information matches the details associated with your bank card
For ticket discounts please prepay for your tickets, then show proof when you arrive to have the difference refunded
Cancellations and refunds can be arranged with a minimum 1 hour notice
Refunds are not available for missed flights. To avoid missing your flight, please arrive a minimum of 20 minutes before your scheduled departure

Before Arrival

We are encouraging all guests to purchase tickets online at least 24 hours before your visit. Be sure to enter all group member's names to generate your QR codes for direct access, follow the steps from your confirmation email.

The upper station will offer a full-service restaurant and bar. Snacks, beverages, and an ice cream will be available at the lower station. There is outdoor seating available.

Arrival:

Please arrive at the Skytram at least 20 minutes before your flight time. If you arrive earlier, you are welcome to enjoy our wide open property.

Return Flights:

Return flights are mandatory. Please select your return flight times before you complete your purchase, you can consult the table below for recommended times. Should you wish to change your time, please see the ticket windows on arrival. Alternatively you can see the staff at the desk in the upper station. Please note that we cannot guarantee changes, as this depends on availability.

Booking your return flight in advance ensures that you do not get delayed waiting at the upper station, and allows you to make the most of your trip!
