Booking Policy

Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns. You can return purchased items up to 1 hour prior to your scheduled departure time*. Partial returns will not be granted for package items partially used. Note that you will be required to present a receipt or proof of purchase. If your departure time has already occurred, we cannot offer you a refund.  However, an exchange will be considered for a later date or time depending on availability. You will not be eligible for a refund on orders that have had the date or time amended.

* 24 hour notice is required for any changes to group bookings. 48 hour notice of cancellation is required for all bookings which include a meal component.

Upon receipt of your inquiry, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

We only exchange purchased items if the scheduled departure time has not already occured. From time to time, exceptions will be considered. Such decisions will be at the discretion of Jasper SkyTram. In circumstances where you consider a later or earlier departure time, you should promptly contact us at with details of the new desired departure time.

Upon receipt of your inquiry, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to an exchange. If you are eligible, we will send you an updated confirmation form via email.

Delivery Standards

All bookings are subject to product availability. If a flight is fully booked at the time you place your order, our reservation system will not allow you proceed with the reservation. Note that the number of spots available will be visible as you select your desired departure time.

Confirmation of items offered on our website will be delivered via email only. This form will be forwarded to the email address provided by the guest within minutes of completing an online reservation.

We are committed to maintaining the accuracy, confidentiality, and security of your personally identifiable information ("Personal Information"). As part of this commitment, our privacy policy governs our actions as they relate to the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information. Personal Information may only be used or disclosed for the purpose for which it was collected unless you have otherwise consented, or when it is required or permitted by law. Personal Information will only be retained for the period of time required to fulfill the purpose for which we collected it or as may be required by law.


Personal Information will be maintained in as accurate, complete and up-to-date form as is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it is to be used.
