Before Arrival
We are encouraging all guests to purchase tickets online at least 24 hours before your visit.
The upper station will offer a full-service restaurant and bar. Snacks, beverages, and an ice cream will be available at the lower station. There is outdoor seating available.
Arrival:
Please arrive at the Skytram at least 20 minutes before your flight time. If you arrive earlier, you are welcome to enjoy our wide open property. Please make your way to the Ticket Window. Please note that upon picking up your flight tickets at a Ticket Window when you arrive, you will be asked to choose a designated return flight from Upper Station to avoid lineups and to allow more leisure time in the alpine.
On busy days, such as holidays and weekends, you should expect a line.
"Yes, I booked online!"
If you purchased online, you will have received a reservation confirmation by email. You can print it, or show it on an electronic device. Follow the instructions included on your tickets.
"No, I didn't book online, I need to buy a ticket"
Come visit us on site, we accept walk up customers on a first come first serve basis. Please note that on busier days there could be an extended waiting time.
After you have collected your tickets
Once you have your tickets, enjoy the lower station and wait for your flight to be called. There are benches and picnic tables available for use. Flight times will be announced over a loud speaker, so listen out for your boarding call.
