Let us accommodate your group and/or special event. Group reservations guarantee the following:
Special pricing on flights is available for pre-arranged groups of 15 or more.
All group bookings must be pre-arranged at least 1 week in advance of arrival. Flight cancellations or changes must be made a minimum of 24 hours in advance of arrival and 48 hours in advance for bookings which include a food component. If proper notification complying with these periods is not given then full payment is required.
One complimentary ticket will be available for the escort or guide of group bookings that have a minimum of 15 paid clients.
All reservations must arrive 20 minutes prior to departure time for ticket distribution, payment and to organize your group for boarding.
