Experience an easy rafting/scenic float trip down the Athabasca River, a designated Canadian Heritage River. One of our licensed guides will provide commentary on the human and natural history of Jasper National Park while navigating the same route used by the "fur traders" over two centuries ago.
Specially designed, 25 foot long, oar-powered rafts offer a safe and comfortable ride through several small, easy sets of rapids and calm stretches that any first-time rafter will enjoy. During this adventure, the guides do all the rowing while you sit back and enjoy the spectacular scenery.
- Select your raft trip departure date and time online. The SkyTram portion is an open booking to be redeemed anytime in 2018.
- Print two (2) copies of your confirmation email. Present these as proof of purchase upon arrival at each attraction.
- Exchange your proof of purchase at the SkyTram Guest Services window for a ticket to board the next available flight time. We recommend taking a morning or evening flight for shortest wait times.
- To get to the SkyTram - Follow the Icefields Parkway south of Jasper, turn right onto Whistlers Road and follow it up the mountain to the Jasper Skytram.
